The Tío Darío restaurant is located in the heart of the traditional district of Yanahuara, a few meters from its majestic square. Here, you can enjoy a tasty lunch in the peaceful surroundings of our spring gardens while taking in a beautiful view of the three volcanoes overlooking the white city of Arequipa.
Our gastronomy
Our gastronomy is characterized by long culinary experience with the preparation of specialties from Arequipa and other regions of Peru; fish and seafood are the protagonists of our gastronomic concept. For the preparation of the dishes, we prioritize selected raw materials and local produce, as well as other exclusive and traditionally sacred foods from the southern Pacific coast and the Andes. Thanks to Soleol Suiza, the installation of solar panels at Tío Darío and the use of solar energy in all its electrical systems was made possible, enabling us to fulfil our commitment to continue providing a unique gastronomic experience while reducing our carbon footprint.
